The inCouncil’s purpose is to serve as an advisory group regarding company culture. All of its members – pictured below – are organizational stewards who have made a commitment to be champions of change, and to hold each of us, and our company, accountable for progress.
The roles and expectations for inCouncil members include:
- Contribute to the prioritization of needs and opportunities related to SmithBucklin’s culture, in the context of our business and how we work;
- Support the selection, design, and implementation of specific strategies and initiatives;
- Contribute to SmithBucklin’s thought leadership on workforce, workplace, and marketplace trends and communications efforts (internally and externally); and
- Be visible leaders who are passionate about achieving a culture of inclusion; actively participate in events and initiatives, and recognize opportunities for progress.
