During his career, Don has served as the CMO at Fortune 100 insurance brand Marsh McLennan, as a marketing and advertising executive on Madison Avenue with Omnicom’s Rapp Collins agency, as the CEO of Focalpoint Marketing, and as the co-founder of Hallmark Cards Loyalty Group.
Don has been an adjunct graduate professor of marketing and branding at Georgetown University. He also served as Chairman of the Board of the Catalogue for Philanthropy and is an active member of the association community.
